ganz richtig benannt, glaube ich, lieber Herr Tepper, u damit der Flora Südaustraliens eine bemerkenswerthe Zugabe gebracht. Wie Sie selbst in Ihrem netten Vortrag über die Orchideen sagen, manche Arten entschlüpfen leicht unserer Beobachtung, entweder weil sie sehr local sind, oder weil sie nicht jedes Jahr individuell blühen, oder in einer Jahres-Zeit zu Blüthe kommen, wenn man nach Blumen nur selten ausgeht.
Wenn Sie es wünschen, will ich Ihnen das einzige Ex. zurücksenden. Wahrscheinlich erhalten Sie aber doch noch mehr davon.
Mr Arthur Bennett werde ich im Sept einige Algen senden, die ich abzugeben habe. So hat er ja auch etwas zurück für das, welches Sie so grossmüthig mir zukommen liessen.

Es wäre gut, wenn wir grössere Exemplare dieses Acianthus für bestätigende Vergleiche bekommen könnten.

some species easily escape our notice, either because they are very local, or because they do not bloom individually every year, or come into bloom in a season when one only seldom go out after flowers.
If you want it, I shall return the single specimen to you. Nevertheless you probably will get even more of them.
In September I shall send Mr Arthur Bennett some algae that I have to spare. Thus he will indeed have something back for that which you so generously let come to me.
