Though unsigned, MS is in M's handwriting. Marked by Tepper: 'Names sent 19.3.82'; presumably this refers to his forwarding to Neumann the identifications supplied by M. Two other letters from M to Tepper have been annotated by Tepper with the same date, namely M to O. Tepper, 4 March 1882 (in this edition as 82-03-04a), and M to O. Tepper, 13 March 1882.
