Gestern, lieber Herr Tepper, erhielt ich, von Herrn Nitzschke die Öle von dem Material, welches Sie lieferten. Er ist bereit noch mehr zu destilliren. Sollten Sie daher noch irgend eine andere Myrtacee dort zur Hand haben, so könnten Sie es vielleicht ermöglichen, ihm auch davon noch beblätterte Zweige zu liefern.

Yesterday, dear Mr Tepper, I received from Mr Nitzschke the oils from the material that you delivered. He is prepared to distil even more.

Nitschke? See M to O. Tepper, 14 May 1880, and M to O. Tepper, 26 June 1880. Nitschke's results were quoted in Sutherland (1887), p. 23. Nitschke's letter not found.

Therefore should you have any other at hand there, could you perhaps contrive to deliver him twigs of it still furnished with leaves.
