May I ask, dear Mr M'Pherson, that the two Corporation men on the Yarra may be placed for a few weeks under my order, as I am anxious to replace some willows, put some other suitable plants for binding the Yarra Bank into the ground and effect some other improvements before the planting season entirely passes.
