I am very pleased, very esteemed Baron, to be able to inform you that I have found Hillebrand's Hawaii plants among the Tibet plants; 1 thick packet.

The suggestion of where to look for the Hawaiian plants, about which M had been anxious for some time, had come from Adolf Engler who had sent both collections to Melbourne; see M to A. Engler, 28 June 1892 (in this edition as 92-06-28a).
