I have the honor to report, that in accordance with instructions a letter was written already on the 1. inst. to Capt Fayenz, to accompany the presentations, sent by me on behalf and by order of the Victorian Government to the Imperial Austrian Corvette "Saida",

This transaction now having been brought to a close I have the honor to submit the various accounts of the expenditure incurred, amounting altogether to £26.13/19d for your consideration. To meet this expenditure a transfer of votes will be requisite, for which I beg to submit herewith the official application.
