I lose no time in acknowledging the receipt of your despatches that have this morning come to hand.

1. I will do as you wish about Mr Tate's Certificate

The certificate nominating Tate for election to the Royal Society of London (in this edition as 83-00-00k); see M to R. Tate, 20 January 1883.
