The five cases with R Brown’s plants, dear Sir Joseph, have arrived, and I am to get
them tomorrow, so that I shall be able to let you know, how they arrived. It is very
generous of you, to place this set in my Museum, as reference to RBr’s prodromus.
The mail for England closes this evening I have got ready for your establishment
various specimens of timber, especially from New South Wales; they will be sent off
very soon; any sorts you have already, will serve interchanges.
