I have the satisfaction of forwarding herewith for your perusal
Despatches and correspondence received from the Agent General for Victoria
referring to the copies of your Botanical and Scientific works forwarded to Europe
by the Government for presentation to His Imperial Royal Majesty the Emperor of Austria-Hungary
in acknowledgement of the sumptuously illustrated work on the plants of Brazil presented
to you last year from His majesty and by you to the Public Library of Melbourne.
