West. Australia placed in parentheses and an annotation added by Krauss: 'K. Georges Sound nach Brief v. 28/4. 79' [King George Sound according to letter
of 28 April 79]. See M to F. von Krauss, 28 April 1879 (in this edition as 79-04-28a).

The following sentences, in M's hand, are on a separate piece of paper and may be
unconnected with the list. However, the reference to wood specimens for Nördlinger
suggests a link between the two documents.
Der Rev. Cambridge arbeitet auch an austral. Spinnen
The pieces of wood will have no value for you, so I ask you to let your great neighbouring
xylographer, Professor Nördlinger in Tübingen have them.
The Reverend Cambridge also works on Australian spiders.

Octavius Pickard-Cambridge. M sought news of spiders, which he had evidently sent
to Germany, in M to F. von Krauss, 30 January 1880 (in this edition as 80-01-30a).
