Sir,
I have the honor to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 12th Apl. last (881/62)
requesting to be furnished with certain plans for transmission to the Director of
the Geographical Institute of Gotha. The Commr. regrets that the press of business
in the Office has prevented your wishes being complied with before this but he has
now much pleasure in forwarding to you copies of such of the Maps published under
the authority of this Govt. as appear to be suitable for the purposes indicated.
