I have the honour of sending you the thanks of the Administration of the Museum for the donation you have so kindly made to it of your book on “Select extra tropical plants” and their use in commerce and industry.

This volume has been placed in the Library.

There is a copy of the 9th edition of M’s Select Extra-tropical plants (Melbourne, 1895) — i.e. B95.08.04 — in the library of the Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle, that is surely the volume acknowledged here. Unlike the copies of several other of M’s works that are held by the library, it carries no inscription.
