I am directed by the Premier to request that you will be pleased to grant to any employe's of your Department who are eligible, and may intend to compete at the Victorian Rifle Association Annual Matches to be held between the 18th and 23rd instant, the necessary leave of absence to admit of their doing so; provided the leave can be given without business being interfered with.
