I forgot to tell you (and in justice to Mr Ashby

I should tell you) that he said he showed me the orchid, but I cannot remember it, and what hurt me most was that he took the rare plant away, while he left the commoner ones with me to send to you —

Yesterday afternoon I collected more specimens of the no 456, and also a few seeds, and this afternoon I went for more specimens of no 465 growing amongst the rocks, and might be the same species as 456, but it does not grow as tall, or erect, and seems not so robust as no 456 which grows on lower quaggy land, and further from the sea — Both these plants are growing near my home, so I can easily send more specimens, or information.
