Sir,
Pursuant to the directions of the Honorable the Premier, I have the honor to inform
you that leave of absence will be granted to any employes of your branch who are eligible
and may intend to compete at the Victorian Rifle Association's Annual Matches to be
held between the 19th and 24th of November next, provided the leave can be given without
business being interfered with.
