Dear Baron von Mueller

I have much pleasure in forwarding to you a copy of a resolution which was adopted by this Council a short time since

P. King et al. to M, 24 August 1894.

Delay in communicating with you at an earlier date has been caused by several of our members including the President having had to leave Sydney for their various duties in the country and the consequent difficulty in obtaining their signatures

It is scarcely necessary for me to add that this resolution was adopted unanimously by our Council as the members fully appreciate your indefatigable labours in the cause of science.
