Please, dear Dr Bride, convey to the trustees of the public Libr. & Museums my best
thanks for the kindness of allowing me to obtain some surplus-woods.
I shall require only small pieces. I thank you also for the kind interest evinced
by you in this subject. Mr Newbery was good enough to send Mr Wetherall out to my
Office, which accelerates and facilitates the whole arrangement, as I told Mr W exactly
what is required, and as my Woodworker, Mr Traeger, will call on Mr Wetherell personally.
