Sir,
I beg to inform you that, acting upon a request made to him by the Commissioners appointed
to represent Victoria at the Tasmanian International Exhibition to be opened in November
next, Sir James Patterson is desirous that representative exhibits shall be prepared
by the various Government Departments and Branches without involving the Commissioners
in any expense therefor, and I shall be glad if you will be so good as to inform me
if you desire to prepare any collection of articles for the exhibition in question.
