The Casuarina Cones I send you from the Bega district

appear to be C. suberosa , the foliage, shape of seed & cones all point that way. But I do not remember having ever seen any suberosa so large. Have you?
Will you kindly tell me if the scrappy Medicago (in flower & early fruit) is M. scutellata , All.? I have not access here to literature on , Medicago & other leguminous genera, and hence I must trouble you.
