Item is a typed copy of M's letter, presumably made at the Chief Secretary's Department.
Lately, dear Mr Wilson, was brought out an other edition of the Report on Wattle-Barks,
issued by the Parliamentary Committee to whom I was Expert;
it was issued in the Gov. Printing Office. Would the hon. the Minster grant me kindly
half a hundred copies, this publication selling at but few pence each, and the new
edition being a large one. It would be a help to me in my rural intercourse.

B92.14.02, a new edition of B78.14.01.

The Chief Secretary, J. Patterson, minuted his approval on 4 October and two days
later the Government Printer was instructed to supply 50 copies of the publication,
and these were forwarded to M on 11 October. M acknowledged receipt in M to T. Wilson, 14 October 1893
(in this edition as 93-10-14a).
Always regardfully and gratefully yours,
Ferd von Mueller.
