and his Companions crossing the Blue Mountains is most impressive. Will you on your return kindly look, whether the fringe flowered Grass-Lily, from the Blue Mountains has the leaves so short and broad, as depicted by you. Here the leaves are always much longer and narrower. Possibly 2 species have been confused under that name. In that case the seeds of the two would likely also be different. In the haste a wrong species-name was put to the Ptilotus; it is not P. obovatus but P. exaltatus (Nees). I obtained several additional notes from the last 3 parcels, and made several corrections of names thereon.
