Dear Sir

By train this day we have forwarded you a feed stool of the grass that we spoke of about a month since also small quantity of seed of same. The grass grows in bunches when sown thinly, but when it is grown thickly it does not stool out like the sample. We have purposely delayed forwarding you this sample in order that its seed might show so that identification might be rendered easier seeing that there is such a vast number of varieties of it known
