Date stamped Royal Gardens Kew 16 Oct [92.] and annotated by John Baker: JGB 18/10/92.
The distribution of the spare-specimens of plants, gathered during the Elder-Expedition,
dear Dr Dyer, takes place (on
my own
desire) from
Adelaide
, but will probably be carried out only some few months hence, when the whole 800
phanerogams will have been carefully examined. I revised about 500 already after Prof
Tates preliminary naming. I find only about one dozen actually new sp. among them.
You will receive one of the best sets for Kew.
