MS found with a specimen of Sarcopteryx stipata (MEL 2252843), a specimen collected by William MacDonald from Warrell Creek, Kempsey, NSW and unrelated to the content of Bailey's letter. A copy of this letter is in Letter press copy book 2, p. 48, Queensland Herbarium, Brisbane.

has been posted and with this is also posted a specimen of a new Cupania known in the Cairns district as Silkwood. I have therefore named it C. sericolignis
