I am sorry that in my forgetfulness no letter was sent to apprise you of my sending
to you the Specimen of plant referred to in your letter
which came to hand to day but will forget one & forgive my neglect.

reference to your question where does it come from I believe it came to me some years
since from a Lady then living in Tasmania. It is a very nice shrub about 6 ft high
the seeds being on the lower part of the branch and conciled
in middle of the bush
