Sir,
With reference to previous correspondence,
I have now the honor to inform you that the Chief Secretary has approved of Messrs
Minchin and French
being continued in their present duties until the 30th. June next, unless in the meantime
vacancies shall be found by the Public Service Board in other Departments to which
the officers in question can be transferred.
