With reference to the letters (forwarded by you) from Dr Sudworth, Botanist, Forestry
Division, United States Department of Agriculture, and Dr. J. L. Howe Scientist of
the Polytechnic Society of Kentucky,
asking for your works "Second Systematic System of Australian Plants Part I"
and "Select Extra-tropical Plants"
respectively, I beg to inform you that the Premier has approved of the presentations,
and has given instructions accordingly.
