Morton) received the following telegram from Baron Ferd. von Mueller, one of the past presidents of the association :' . Based on the phrase ' shown me here' the telegram is dated to 11 January, the date that M left Hobart to return home via Launceston , reaching Melbourne on 12 January ( Mercury (Hobart), 12 January 1892, p. 4; Argus, 13 January 1892, p. 4).
