Dear Baron von Mueller,

Am I asking too great a favour in soliciting the photograph of the distinguished President of the Victorian Branch of our Society?

Previous to his lamented death my honoured friend Sir Edward Strickland was good enough to present his photograph to me with authograph, which I value most highly & I should be most grateful to be possessed of yours, also.
