20/6/91.
I was not aware, dear Dr Bride, that the serial of the anthropologic Society of Berlin was at the Melbourne Library.

See T. Bride to M, 19 June 1891 (in this edition as 91-06-19a).
If therefore you can not use it in interchanges , I will cause it to be fetched again, and present it to some other institution. Perhaps you have also the publication of the Northern Antiquaries. Please, do not press my wish for a complete set of the Eucalyptography under these circumstances, altho' I am unable any longer to obtain the work complete at the Gov Printing Office by purchase.

M to T. Bride, 5 June 1891 (in this edition as 91-06-05a).
I may be allowed to remark, that I have for many years purchased my own works at the Gov. Printing Office at a private annual expense expense of £50 - -, to maintain my science intercourse abroad, though I have always been unprosperous.
Regardfully your
Ferd. von Mueller.
