Immer Ihr
Ferd. von Mueller.

I am very grateful to you, dear Mr Tepper, and so also particularly this time to your young son for the consignment of the fruits.

See M to O. Tepper, 18 February 1890. Tepper had exhibited fruits forwarded by his son from the north-west coast at the meeting of the Royal Society of SA held on 3 February 1891 (Transactions of the Royal Society of South Australia, vol. 14, p. 358, 1891; see also Express and telegraph (Adelaide), 4 February 1891, p. 5.
They come just now at the right time. They are fine specimens. What can I send the young official in return?

J. W. O. Tepper was a telegraphist at Roebuck Bay, WA.
I am still very burdened with overdue work that accumulated during January. So I must be brief.
Always your
Ferd. von Mueller.
