A committee of the Victorian Branch of the Royal Geographical Society, led by M, charged with drawing up instructions for the forthcoming Elder Scientific Exploring Expedition.
— Mr. Brown ha[ving] unfortunately left town on official business, the essential suggestions connected with the conduct of the proposed explorations were however submitted by the Hon.
