Filed as Gyrostemon thesioides, MEL 0589865, dated '1890'.
is very interesting, dear Mr Gill, as it has not been found in Victoria before, and may now be regarded almost or perhaps quite a Victorian plant also. It is the male of , J. Hooker. Kindly say, whether you found it near Mosquito-Creek, which Watercourse rises in Victorian territory. Perhaps you would also let me know, how many miles from the boundary you found it, and whether it is very local.
