Einige Pflanzen lasse ich einstweilen unbennant, lieber Herr Tepper, da ich noch zu sehr im Rückstand bin mit den Departments Arbeiten. Den Betrag für Prof Tate's Werk habe ich direct bezahlt durch Sendung von süd austral. Post Marken an Mr Clarke.

Würde Ihr Herr Sohn Mittel haben mir zu einen Sack voll Früchte mit Stielen daran von Adansonia Gregorii ( Gouty Stem-Tree or Boabab) zu verschaffen für mässige Bezahlung. Die Früchte müssten eben reif, aber nicht alt sein.

Would your son have means to provide me with a sack full of fruits with stalks on them of (Gouty Stem-Tree or Boabab) for a reasonable payment. The fruits would have to be just ripe, but not be old.
