The Hakea is = H. purpurea Hooker var. simplicifolia.

No publication of the variety name has been found; it is not used in Tate (1890), where H. purpurea is listed in 'Additions and corrections', p. 302.
While in H. lorea the simple-leaved form is the prevailing, in H. purpurea the one with dichotomously divided leaves is the more frequent form.
Nothing can be done with the flowerless and fruitless Eucalyptus. It may be, as sent, only the young state of a narrow-leaved species. It is not E. pulverulenta
