Group VII was 'Produits alimentaires' [Food products], and Class 73 was 'Boissons fermentées' [Fermented drinks]. Details of what was exhibited are not given, but the award is listed (Picard (1892), p. 300) as being to 'Müller (Dr)' of Victoria, Australia, suggesting that a mistake was made with the certificate and that it was intended not for M, who would have been recorded as 'Baron von Mueller', but for Dr Augustus Mueller of Yackandandah, Vic.
