I have the honor to solicit that you will be pleased to grant permission that I may
retain the services of the two youths, who were engaged with your sanction from 1st
April to 30th June for 4 days every week, at a remuneration of 4 shillings and 3 shillings
per day respectively,
for further three months.

Their services have proved very useful in relieving the permanent officers of a great
of
mechanical work. Payment is rendered out of the vote for Contingencies.
