To the Chevalier Lejardin,
Consul General for France &c &c
It affords me much pleasure, honored and dear Sir, to send you an other small quantity
of the seeds of the best Central-Australian Salt-Bush, fresh collected; and I shall
gladly continue to exert myself for obtaining further supplies, as these kinds of
plants would likely become of pastural importance not only in the subsaline regions
of North-Africa, but also for those of the South-West of France.
