Referring to your circular of the 9th inst.
I have the honor to submit herewith a requisition for the printing of some herbarium
labels at the Penal Department. I beg however to observe, that if payment has to be
rendered for this service, it can only be done out of next years vote, as I have no
funds available during the current financial year.
