I have the honor to forward herewith a copy of a circular from the Premier's Office
in regard to the approaching International Exhibition
and to request that you will be good enough to furnish a report as regards your branch
at as early a date as practicable.

Sir,
I am directed by the Premier to state that the Exhibition Commissioners for the Centennial
International Exhibition are desirous of knowing as early as possible the intentions
of the several Government Departments as to exhibiting at the Exhibition.
I am accordingly to request that you will be so good as to inform the Commissioners
whether your Department purposes exhibiting and I am at the same time to remind you
that the time for applying for space will expire on the 31st instant.
