To discuss issues concerned with the proposals to reserve Wilson's Promontory? Topp, Le Soeuf and Barnard were members of the Field Naturalists Club of Victoria active in the attempt to secure reservation of Wilson's Promontory (see Gillbank (1998)). See also M to F.
