to Bäuerlen, than
my
doing so, to urge him on to get into the phytologically unexplored most N. W. corner.
It is to both of us a great responsibility, to disburse public funds, unless adequate
results of our emissary could be shown for it

just at this moment are so readily available, are so easily collected, and amongst
which would be
most of interest
as novel for our collections.
