MS accompanied by a printed list, presumably taken from a general catalogue of publications,
of seven of M's works, numbered 3777 to 3783, namely Fragmenta, 11 vols; Plants indigenous to the colony of Victoria, 2 vols (Thalamiflorae, Lithograms); Vegetation of the Chatham Islands; Analytical drawings of Australian mosses; Select plants (1876 ed.); Native plants of Victoria; Eucalyptographia, Decades 1-4, 6,7.
M forwarded Liagre's letter to the Acting Chief Secretary; see M to C. Pearson, 7
June 1887 (in this edition as 87-06-07a). From there it was forwarded to the Premier's Office on 10 June 1887, and ultimately
to the Government Printer and the Librarian, Public Library, who was instructed 'to
ask for exchange', 12 August 1887.
