Letter not found. The text given here is from 'Notes and exhibits', Proceedings of the Linnean Society of New South Wales , vol. 13 ( 1889 ) , p. 425. The collection was shown by J. J. Fletcher at the meeting of 25 April 1888, but the letter is dated to 1887 as the latest date Curran ' s specimens could have been sent to have been listed in B88.07.03, read to the Royal Society of Victoria on 12 December 1887.
[Mr. Fletcher exhibited … specimens of eighteen species of plants from the Cobar district, collected and presented to the Society by Rev. J. Milne Curran, F.G.S., among which are a number recorded from N.S.W. for the first time by Baron von Mueller (see Proc. Roy. Soc. of Victoria for 1887), from specimens sent him by Mr. Curran.]
