As I have to see some descriptions of new plants yet through the press this year, dear Mr Deane, I would beg of you, to let me kindly have in time the specimen of Mr Campbells Conifer, to which you allude,

as it may be possibly new, as it is not likely the , described by me in 1881 from a specimen, obtained by Mr R Fitzgerald at the Katoomba-Cataract.

Perhaps his locality is a second one for this rare plant, and you may be able to give additional information on its size and habit, and furnish an additional supply of specimens of both sexes.

The new place for is interesting. I have it from Mr Bäuerlen found near Milton.
