Für die Vervollständigung der Liste der Käng. Ins. Pflanzen würde es nöthig sein, durch die Ansiedler Algen zu erwerben, wenn auch nur ohne Druck u Papier u ohne Waschung getrocknet, da ich das Material hier präpariren könnte. Die Algenflore der Insel mag reich sein; es ist aber nöthig frisch nach einem Sturm örtlich zu suchen.

plants it would be necessary to get algae through the settlers, even if only dried without press and paper and without washing , as I could prepare the material here. The algal flora of the island may be rich ; but it is necessary to look fresh locally after a gale.
