And to ask you to be so good as to examine the papers at your convenience and report for the guidance of the Council as to whether or not the Candidates, or any of them, have passed the examination so as to be entitled to a Certificate of Competency.

I may state for your information that, although allowed three hours, all the papers were handed in within two hours of commencing.
