I have now the honor to enclose for your information and guidance copy of a further circular letter addressed to me by the Public Service Board setting forth their interpretation of Section 160 of the Public Service Act and to request that you will be good enough to furnish the particulars required by the Board in regard to any officers who have attained or will shortly attain the age of sixty years and whose services you have recommended should be continued beyond the 30th proximo.
