This morning, dear Mr Macdonald, I got your postcard,
inviting me to meet Baron Von Bebra
at your office. This is a kind thoughtfulness of yours; but I feel
quite unwell
, indeed shall probably have to keep on the sickbed to day; it is probably the effect
of the protracted heat in my very small dwelling that made me ill. Indeed I felt "out
of sorts" already yesterday.
