Sir,
By direction of the Chief Secretary I have the honour to acquaint you that in accordance
with the provisions of the Public Service Act 1883, and on the recommendation of the
Public Service Board, His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to require
you to continue to perform your duties as Government Botanist until the 30th of June
1886.
